Master's Sun
Master's Sun (Korean) - Joong Won & Gong Sil, Kang Woo & Yi Ryung
I loved this
show. Just like I read from a comment, the beginning was a little
scary (especially if you watch it at night in the dark like I did)
because of the ghost chasing after the lead female character. I loved
the main characters along with the minor characters, the story lines,
the main story line(s), and the music.
I
loved how Joong Won and Gong Sil met. It was good to see them go
through ups and downs in trying to find out where they were in their
relationship: Are they just a boss and employee? Are they falling in
love? Is it a one-sided thing for either of them? It was also good to
see them get closer to each other because it showed that he was
willing to be with her when she is able to see ghosts which would
probably scare off a lot of people. One scene that made me cry was
when he was stabbed with a screwdriver in protecting her and then
when they were at the hospital, she was in the hall and he walked up
to her as a ghost.
Here are these two people who are in love and he has to go and die.
Thank goodness she was able to make a deal with a woman who also
deals with ghosts even though that in and of itself is sad because
the deal was for him to survive but had to lose every memory he had
that dealt with her. At least they got together in the end.
I also
enjoyed the relationship between Kang Woo and Yi Ryung. In the first
half of the show, it was funny because every time they met, he would
shove her against a wall because he thought she was a bad person. It
was also funny that every time she wanted to have a date with him, he
would show up for a few minutes, thank her, and leave. In the end, I
liked that they got together. Even if they seem like a unusual pair.
The music was so amazing. I liked that the right songs were placed at the
right moments. Even though at some points, I thought another song
could have been used or the song should have held off for a few more
seconds or started right at that moment rather than later. All in
all, this show was amazing!
