HIStory: Obsessed (Taiwanese) - Yi Chen & Jing Teng







I liked that this show was short on both time and episodes. Of course, that is what web dramas usually are comprised of: short run time and a small number of episodes.

What happened in the beginning between Yi Chen and Jing Teng was sad before Yi Chen was killed and reborn to nine years before. The sad look on Jing Teng's face after he said he was marrying Yi Jun was telling. At least it was to me. Everything Jing Teng said or did when saying that showed he does not want to get married.

It was also sad that Yi Chen did everything he could to stay away from Jing Teng after being reborn. Of course it is understandable because if you are given a second chance to change something from your past, especially if it leads to your untimely death, you would do everything you could to stop yourself from dying a second time.

It was funny that the notations Yi Chen had made of Jing Teng blew away while he was burning them, and Jing Teng ended up coming across one. It is like Yi Chen did a very poor job of avoiding Jing Teng when Jing Teng ended up finding him.

When Jing Teng told his friend that he has a feeling Yi Chen should be his, I wanted to say, “Of course you are going to have that feeling! It is because he was yours and he must be yours again, you idiot!”

There were also cute moments in it but the most emotional one was everything in the last episode from when Yi Chen ran away from Jing Teng to when Jing Teng tells him about his dream. It was nerve wrecking when he ran right in front of a vehicle because I was afraid it would end up hitting him like it did before he was reborn. Also, it was sad when shown Jing Teng spreading Yi Chen's ashes after he died but before his rebirth. When they were crying, it was sad because there were so many thoughts that could have been going through their heads. For Jing Teng, he is in love with Yi Chen and when Yi Chen stopped writing things about him and following him, Jing Teng thinks Yi Chen stopped loving him. For Yi Chen, it is because Jing Teng is in love with him. Also because even though he came back to stop everything from happening, he could not stop loving Jing Teng. And after Jing Teng tells Yi Chen about his “dream” of spreading Yi Chen's ashes, I like to think that it is Jing Teng's 2025 self showing him what happened. I know that is not what actually happened, but I still like to think that that is what happened.

I really liked this because it shows that even if you go back to change or stop something from happening, you can't stop everything from happening. Not only that, I liked it because it was good.

In the beginning Yi Jung and Ga Eul didn't like each other. Yi Jung was like a womanizer. Tree of Heaven (Korean) - Yoon Suh & Hana I enjoyed this show. There were moments when it was happy and moments when it was sad. One thing I found unbelievable was the fact that every time something happened, Hana's aunt would hit her! I kept thinking that Hana just needed to turn around and get physical with her aunt rather than just taking the beatings! But no. One thing I liked was when she went to his hotel room on his birthday. The room looked so romantic. There were a lot of candles lit and a lot of her favorite rose was spread throughout the room. When I saw the room, I was in shock. I thought I was going to die with how beautiful the room looked. One thing that was sad was when Yoon Suh told Hana to marry Ryu. I was like, What?! You love her! She loves you! How can you tell her to marry somebody else?! And on her wedding day to Ryu, she was not happy. She couldn't even smile because she was so sad. SOTUS (Thai) - Kongpob & Arthit I know that I always say this about every show I watch, but: This. Was. An. Awesome. Show! I would even go as far as saying it was even better than both seasons of Together With Me . I really enjoyed watching the dynamics in Kongpob and Arthit's relationship. I like that Arthit was cruel on the outside while being a softy on the inside. When he first showed up in front of the freshmen and started yelling at them, I thought that he was a guy you did not want to get on his bad side. I guess you can say that he made me scared. I do love that he also slowly warmed up to the freshmen, even looking after them. Of course, if one of them got hurt or something, he would be in serious trouble. There was even a time where he was relieved of his duty as head hazer for a short period of time because of the way he taught.
